Robert,
Some of my Centurion friends were in contact with filmakers in Hollywood who are committed Christians interested in telling our worldview to a larger audience. I am interested in ways we could connect with the Cleveland International Film Festival for a Christian witness. Any ideas? Are you still at Parkside? How are you involved with the visual story project?

Bob- I see you are a neighbor. I used to teach at Lake Erie College up in that neck of the woods. I am really interested in this visual project because we adopted the Pushtun people group of Afghanistan and the literacy rate for the women especially is the lowest in the world. I think story telling (use of their poets?) might draw on their oral culture, use metaphors they know, have a Muslim "feel" but tell the gospel. What is this group doing? How does it work? I just heard about it through Innovation in Mission...How did you get started in Christian film business?

The purpose of this group is to discuss and share best practices on how to increase awareness, connect with your "audience" and spread the message of Christ broader through your visual tools and resources.
